IPMA Level C - English - GPM Course Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C) Online

Target group:

Project managers, subproject managers of complex overall projects, heads of PMO, heads of project controlling, heads of quality management in projects.

You will expand your PM knowledge in the area of agile, classic and hybrid process models, among others, and will this
be able to confidently manage projects with limited complexity (level C).

 

Contents:

The course covers the three competence areas of the ICB, Individual Competence Baseline 4, and the 28 competence elements they contain:

Context competences (perspective)

Personal and social competences (people)

Technical competences (practice)

 

Course concept:

Within 6 days of full-day Live-Online-Training in a virtual classroom you expand your know-how acquired in the level D course by means of trainer presentations, assignments, discussions, role plays and feedback from the other participants.

In the self-study phases between the course days, you will prepare yourself for the written exam, the assessment workshop and your interview by specifically working through the course documents and by preparing the level C report.

After you have passed the voluntary certificate exam, you will receive your globally recognised certificate Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C).

 

Admission requirements for the certification procedure IPMA Level C:

Proof of at least 3 years of experience in a responsible project management role of moderately complex projects or at least 3 years of experience in a responsible sub-project management role of complex projects within the last 6 years - starting from the certification month.

 

Certification examination IPMA Level C (initial certification):

• Level C Report (25 pages)
• Written examination (120 minutes)
• Roleplay based Scenario (Workshop)
• Interview (60 minutes)
